I wanna tell you how I feel,
I thought I was dreaming, but it's for real.
When I say "I love you",
It's meaningful and true.

You got me in the palm of your hand:
If you'll be my girl, I'll be your man.
You're a feeling that I need,
A feeling that I can breathe.

When I need you more and more,
I sometimes wonder if you care at all.
I feel that you're different than before.
Your feelings for me are mistaken, you're unsure.

I don't wanna be the one to change you,
Because you're special, you're something new.
Take me out of all this frustration:
All this thinking leads to more confusion.

I know for a fact I'm falling in love,
But my heart and my head, they push and they shove.
I love you but hate you for making me feel this way.
